Make Your Own Coffee Taste Better with Cinnamon

Going to Starbucks, or any nearby coffee shop is understandable for coffee lovers. However, most of them are overpriced but yes they do taste great and so in that regard it is justified.  For those who are strapped for cash, it is an expensive indulgence.  Trust me if you add it all up you will definitely be surprised of how much you spent just for a cup of coffee every single day.


The good thing these days, is that one can make regular coffee taste better without having all that gadgets and ingredients.  Whether you brew your coffee or use instant coffee powder, if you add a dash of cinnamon, it would taste so much better.  It also does not matter if you drink your coffee hot or cold or iced, cinnamon will spice it up to a whole different level. If you prefer to brew your coffee you can do the following:

  1. Put water, coffee and sugar on your coffee maker. Just follow the same amount as you normally brew your regular coffee. Add 2 teaspoons of grounded cinnamon.
  2. You can also place a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract to add more flavor on the empty pot of the coffee maker but this is optional.
  3. Brew as directed by the manual.
  4. Add creamer, milk or whipped cream. Sprinkle more cinnamon on top if desired. These are all optional.


If you do not have a coffee maker and use instant coffee powder, just add a dash of grounded cinnamon on every cup. Now you can indulge in coffee extraordinaire effortlessly and without spending too much.
