Goblin Ends But The Video Links Are Here To Stay

Last Saturday we all get to see the final episode of Goblin aka Guardian: The Lonely and Great God. The ratings were high having ended at 20.5% and supposed to be record breaking for the local cable TVN as most media outlets have been reporting. However, if you will check AGB Nielsen Rating it registered only at 18.680% just a tiny bit lower than Reply 1988’s 18.803%. Baffling yes but I couldn’t care less anymore. My problem was how to say goodbye to the show.

This Korean drama ending was not perfect but it was logical. Some may not be satisfied with it which is very understandable. It has a bittersweet punch to it. Since it was all about human reincarnation and immortals, I think the writer, Kim Eun Sook found a middle ground where she can spin out an ending which is not too cliche and predictable yet happy. She can easily give an ending that everyone will love without question but it would be too ordinary or too foreseeable. For those who are nuts for happy endings, don’t fret Goblin is full of it.  Confusing? Well I can elaborate but I don’t want to spoil it. Just watch and you’ll never regret it.

As the title of this post promised, Goblin might have ended but the links are here to stay…not unless something will go wrong with their servers. The links are not mine but I’m just sharing it for those who are too lazy or busy to google. Enjoy!
